A turnkey design and execution firm
KSH Ventures designs, supplies and installs auditoriums, theatres, banquet halls and commercial interiors across India. The firm is led by Mr. Pankaj Dutt and backed by 20+ years of experience in interior design and turnkey execution.
Spaces where people gather
Our first love is the auditorium. We also design and build banquet halls, hotels and resorts, restaurants and bars, clubhouses, gyms and spas, and playschools.
An auditorium asks a lot of a building. Every voice from the stage should reach the last row. Every seat should see the stage. The lights, the sound, the air and the exits all have to work together on the day the hall is full.
That is why we work turnkey. We provide end-to-end solutions, from concept planning to on-site execution, combining technical expertise with functional and aesthetic design. One firm carries the idea from the first drawing to the finished hall.
One accountable team, concept to handover
Most auditoriums involve many trades. When each works alone, the ceiling is designed before anyone asks where the speakers go, and the seating is fixed before the sightlines are checked. We prefer to coordinate them from the start.
We bring the design and technical work of an auditorium under one roof. Acoustic treatment shapes the ceiling and walls. The ceiling holds the lights and the air-conditioning. The seating layout sets the sightlines, the aisles and the exits. Planning these together gives a hall that feels calm and complete, because nothing was squeezed in at the end.
Because we handle design, supply and installation, the people who drew the plan stay with it on site. Small changes made during execution are made with the whole design in mind.

Halls fill with people. Electrical work, fire alarm, hydrant and sprinkler systems, and fire-proof doors are part of the design, not an afterthought.

How a project usually goes
Every project is different, but our way of working stays the same.
We listen first
Every auditorium serves a different purpose: lectures, ceremonies, performances, meetings. We begin with how your hall will be used and who will use it.
We plan the space
Seating layout, sightlines and space planning come before finishes, because they decide whether every seat works.
We design the systems together
Acoustics, stage, lighting, AV and services are designed side by side, so they fit each other instead of competing for the same wall or ceiling.
We stay through execution
Our turnkey work continues on site, through supply and installation, until the space is handed over.
Mr. Pankaj Dutt
Mr. Pankaj Dutt is an interior designer by profession and a turnkey service provider, specialising in interior design and the execution of contracts. He holds a bachelor's degree in commerce, along with a Masters and specialisation in Interior Designing from the Institute of Design & Décor, Shillong.
The two halves of that education meet in his work. Interior design shapes how a space looks and feels; commerce shapes how a contract is planned, costed and carried through. A turnkey project needs both.
He has worked on projects across the country, designing and executing interior contracts for hotels, auditoriums, bars and banquets. He is backed by a skilled, professional team and by tie-ups with international companies for project systems and equipment.
